At Digitience Cloud, we are fully committed to protecting your business privacy, your users' records, and the core security of your software infrastructure. This Privacy Policy details how we handle, process, and safeguard sensitive technical data accessed during the development and production lifecycle of your project.
1. Information We Collect or Access
To execute technical integrations, we may require access to the following data:
- Identity & Corporate Records: Full name, company entity, official email, and direct contact numbers.
- Sensitive Infrastructure Credentials: API keys, database credentials, Cloud VPS or server management configurations (e.g., CloudPanel), and payment processor live/test tokens.
- Project Content & Assets: Text assets, image bundles, initial product sheets, or mock user data provided to test application behaviors.
2. Data Usage & Security Safeguards
- Purpose of Use: Technical access is strictly limited to setting up backend structures, constructing database migrations, debugging code, and pushing code releases to production server spaces.
- Encryption: All local and remote environment files (.env), merchant configurations, and private tokens are locally encrypted and isolated during development to nullify data leakage vectors.
- Access Revocation: We proactively purge all local logs, remote server keys, and temporary passwords from our storage modules once final ownership is signed off and delivered to the client.
3. Absolute Confidentiality Commitments
- We strictly pledge never to sell, rent, leak, or broadcast any custom codebases, algorithms, trade secrets, system schematics, or client data records to any competitor or third-party entity.
- Any external freelancers or specialized designers brought into your project lifecycle are contractually bound under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) to protect your project assets.
4. Portfolio Display & Public Showcasing
- Digitience Cloud retains the right to include screenshots and functional public links of completed user interfaces (UI) within our web design portfolios and official corporate social media feeds.
- If your project features highly confidential innovations, or if you prefer a complete white-label solution, you must explicitly notify us before starting development so that a formal standalone Non-Disclosure Agreement can be executed to withhold the project from public display.
5. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to review and update this Privacy Policy to ensure alignment with international web security protocols. Any structural revisions will be posted directly onto this page for client review.
